Hygiene Verification
Ensure all underwear remains in its original, unopened packaging with all tags attached, as items that have been tried on cannot be accepted for health reasons.
Pack and Label
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and attach the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
